Listening to God like Ignatius - Spanish Retreat 2025
Recently, OIS’s Hispanic Minstry team (Ministerio Hispano Ignaciano, MHI) led a Escuchando a Dios como Ignacio Retreat. Fourteen people from the northeast participated in this Ignatian Spanish-language Silent Retreat which ewas led by Sindy Collazo and Fr. Jack Fagan, SJ, members of MHI.
Ignatian Women Who Inspire Us

Recently, more than 40 members of the local Hispanic community gathered at the Parish of St. Anne in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This was a collaboration with the Knights of Columbus from St. Anne Parish of the Congregation of the Oratory of St. Philip Neri.

A Graced In-Person Visit Between Virtual Friends
Most Contemplative Leaders in Action (CLA) cohorts meet in person each month. The virtual cohort, however, meets online, enabling participation from people residing outside of the cities where CLA is offered. While the meetings are virtual, the community that is built is very real. In May 2024, two members of the 2021-2023 virtual cohort, both living in Africa, decided to get together in person.
