Our programs aim to cultivate Ignatian spirituality in the communities they serve. They exist to bring people together to learn, pray, collaborate, and experience the graces of the Spiritual Exericses. They also exist to address critical needs in the Church and in the Ignatian community.
Our Ignatian Young Adult Minsitry engages a group that is often underserved in the Church - people between the ages of 22 and 35. Our young adult ministry programs include Contemplative Leaders in Action and Charis ministries. Together, these programs build a community of young adults seeking to engage their faith more deeply through the Ignatian tradition.
Our Hispanic Ministry provides a comprehensive Ignatian spirituality formation program for Spanish-speaking Catholics in the United States. In many parishes and Catholic communities, including Jesuit ones, there is a tremendous need for faith formation programs in Spanish - Latinos comprise the fastest growing segment of our Church in this country. We address the need for spirituality programming in Latino communities by offering opportunities for Ignatian spiritual formation for those at various stages in their faith journey.
Our Ignatian Partners program collaborates with spiritual directors, retreat directors, and practitioners of Ignatian spirituality to offer opportunities to experience the graces of the Spiritual Exercises. It works to bring these people together to share ideas, experiences, and connect seekers with people in their local communities who can share with them, and teach them, the wisdom of St. Ignatius Loyola.
