March 16-18, 2018: “Who Cares for the Caregiver?” A Weekend Retreat for Personal & Professional Caregivers with Matt McFadden & Tim Malone
PLUS: Mar 18 Opus One ECHO "Blessed Are They" concert 2 PM
A weekend retreat for personal and professional caregivers, offering space for rest, reflection, and renewal. This retreat provides an opportunity to explore self-care strategies, which can help you stay connected to the heart of your calling. The retreat will include prayer and presentations, times of silence, reflection, and sharing. There will be opportunities for liturgy, Reconciliation, and a healing service. Massage and gentle yoga will be available this weekend at a specially reduced cost.
As an extra treat, participants are welcome to attend Saturday evening’s open dress rehearsal of chamber choir Opus One ECHO’s concert and/or to stay for the concert itself on Sunday afternoon at 2pm.
Arrival is on Friday between 4:00 & 5:45 PM, followed by dinner and the opening session; departure on Sunday is at 2:00 PM, unless you choose to stay for the Opus One ECHO concert and reception. The cost is $200 ($100 non-refundable deposit) and includes a free ticket to the Opus One ECHO concert. (Additional tickets can be purchased here.)
